The eventful guided tour (10 people and over) through the historic old "royal free city" of Rust explains the town's architectural developments from its beginnings as a fishing village to its becoming a town. The significance of the status of "free city" in former times and nowadays is also explained. Art aficionados are also offered a great deal of interesting background information during the tour of art-historical treasures such as the "Seehof", Gruber House and the three churches in the town.
